We know that purchasing lab equipment (particularly used lab equipment) can be of great stress to a lab manager or the purchasing agent of that lab. After nearly two decades of service to the medical and biotech community, we have seen unfortunate and unfair treatment of the consumer by a number of organizations looking to make a quick profit rather than a lifelong customer.
This has not, nor will ever be CSI.
We are not brokers, nor are we consignment dealers. We do not take payments on instruments we do not have. We are not an auction house that attempts to sell a used instrument with stock photographs, and we never sell a machine as “refurbed” when in reality it has merely been dusted off.
We are a brick and mortar business with instruments in-hand and engineers on staff, and because of this, we can make every instrument’s functionality clear and provide a warranty that can actually be backed up!
Ranging from 30 days to one year, each instrument’s time frame for return is individually marked based upon its quality, remaining lifespan, and our knowledge of the product. Our commitment is to alleviate the fear of buying from disreputable businesses through honest product disclosure, fair warranties, and by turning you, a first time customer, into a lifelong ally in the field of health research.
